Each of The Switch’s locations is serviced by our Network Operations Center (NOC), which is manned 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.
The NOC is located at 60 Hudson St in New York, New York, at one of the premier telecommunications facilities in the historic Western Union Building.

If you are experiencing technical difficulties with your web-enabled, customer-controlled terminal, NOC staff will be able to remotely login to resolve the issue. Additionally, technicians will make your switch immediately if you are unable to do so yourself.
