Core Responsibilities: |

Lead core FP&A processes, e.g., management close, forecasts, external guidance, annual plan, strategic plan, etc.

Perform expert role in process design and management
-
Develop and present proactive driver-based analysis and reporting to executive management
-
Lead innovative and creative approaches to complex financial problem solving
-
Develop and implement forward-thinking metrics and reporting of operational performance
-
Report, plan, and model world-wide management P&L, balance sheet and cash flow
-
Communicate and collaborate on strategic initiatives
-
Product development and pricing (including tariff & competitive)
-
Extract data elements as needed from accounting software, proprietary operational software, and other?software utilized within the company.

Qualifications: |
-
Undergraduate degree in Finance, MBA preferred, CPA a plus
-
10+ years of work experience in Finance related field
-
Demonstrated promotional upward movement within a company a plus
-
Experience with consolidations and intercompany activity
-
Superior analytical skills
-
Excellent oral and written communication skills
-
Exceptional organization, management, project and process skills
-
Proven success in leading and building teamwork
-
Ability to thrive in a high-paced, high visibility environment
-
Attention to detail and data accuracy
-
Ideal candidate will be proactive, results-oriented

Exhibit drive and ambition to develop and grow into more senior finance roles

Advanced knowledge of tools and systems (HFM, Hyperion Planning, Excel, etc.)
